This page allows Earn Now users to request deletion of their account and associated personal information.


You can request account deletion either directly from the Earn Now app or through the web method explained below.


DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT FROM THE APP


1. Open Earn Now.

2. Sign in to your account.

3. Open Profile.

4. Select Delete Account.

5. Follow the instructions shown on screen.

6. Submit your account deletion request.

DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT THE APP


If you have uninstalled Earn Now or cannot access your account through the app, you may submit a deletion request by email.


Send your request to:

Email subject:


Earn Now Account Deletion Request


Please send the request from the email address associated with your Earn Now account whenever possible.


Include:


• Your registered email address

• Your account name

• A clear statement that you want your Earn Now account deleted


Example:


Hello,


I would like to permanently delete my Earn Now account and associated personal information.


Registered Email: your@email.com

Account Name: Your Name


Thank you.



WHAT WILL BE DELETED?


After your valid account deletion request is processed, information associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized as applicable, including information such as:


• Account profile

• Name

• Email/mobile information associated with the account

• Profile photo

• Account authentication information

• Reward/account activity associated with the account where deletion is applicable

• Support information associated with the account where deletion is applicable

• Other personal information that is not required to be retained



WHAT INFORMATION MAY BE RETAINED?


Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for:


• Fraud and abuse prevention

• Security investigations

• Withdrawal or payment disputes

• Accounting obligations

• Compliance with applicable laws

• Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims


Any retained information will be limited to information reasonably necessary for these purposes and retained only for as long as required for the applicable purpose.



WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR COINS AND REWARDS?


Deleting your account permanently ends access to that account.


Any remaining unclaimed coins, pending rewards, account progress, or other in-app benefits associated with the deleted account may no longer be accessible after deletion.


If you have a pending withdrawal or unresolved support issue, you may wish to contact Support before submitting your deletion request.



PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST


We may take reasonable steps to verify that a deletion request relates to the correct account.


We aim to process valid deletion requests within a reasonably necessary period.


You will not be required to reinstall Earn Now in order to submit a web-based deletion request.



CAN I CANCEL A DELETION REQUEST?


If your request has not yet been completed, the Earn Now app may provide an option to cancel the request where available.


You may also contact Support promptly for assistance.


Once an account and its applicable data have been permanently deleted, recovery may not be possible.
